Josephine "Baby" Sumangil, plainly called as "Baby" or "Joks" to friends and most of her relatives is the daughter of the late Jesus "Susing" Sumangil and the late and former Vice Mayor of Los Banos, Laguna, Josefina Herbano.
Her siblings are Jong, Julia "Nene", Jesus Jr "Sonny", and Joel.
Started as a councilor of Los Banos, Baby won in the 2010 Vice Mayoralty elections and is fulfilling her desire of serving her people.
